🏆 Overview
The Recreational Cup celebrates the end of the spring season by bringing together recreational soccer teams from across Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia.
This event is strictly for recreational teams.
🚫 No travel or competitive teams are allowed.
👥 Who Should Participate?
The Recreational Cup is open to U-8 through U-12 boys and girls recreational teams.
- Recreational teams only.
- Teams organized by school year (not birth year) should apply.
- Any team that includes competitive or travel players will forfeit all games, lose their registration fee, and be removed from the event.
The MDSL offers several other events for travel-level teams — but this tournament is designed exclusively for recreational players to have fun, compete, and celebrate their season.
📍 Game Locations
All matches will be played at fields located throughout Montgomery County, MD, centered between Gaithersburg and Germantown.

The tournament is recreational-only — no travel teams permitted.
